EXAMPLE: If rent = $275.00, security deposit = $325.00

C. We require a parent co-signer guarantee for everyone, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Your parent must return the completed Parental Guarantee Form within ten days of receiving it in the mail. If not received within the required time limit, your lease will be in default and you risk losing your room/apartment.
